BlockBeats News, February 3rd, Aave founder Stani Kulechov purchased a five-story Victorian-style mansion in Notting Hill, London for £22 million (about $30 million), making it one of the highest-priced transactions in the London luxury real estate market in the past year.

It was disclosed that the transaction was completed in November last year, with the final price being approximately £2 million lower than the guidance price previously provided by the agent. The mansion offers panoramic views of Notting Hill. Kulechov has not commented on this.

Reports indicate that against the backdrop of the UK Labour government raising stamp duty and abolishing tax incentives for ultra-high-net-worth foreign residents, the London luxury real estate market continues to be under pressure, with residential transactions above £5 million seeing a year-on-year decline of about 40% in December 2025. In this environment, this transaction is seen as one of the few bright spots in a sluggish market.
