Akashi Network Launches Confidential Computing Service
Akashi Network officially launched its "Confidential Compute" service on the 28th, utilizing hardware-based security technology known as Trusted Execution Environment (TEE). This service alleviates security concerns by ensuring that server providers cannot view customers' data. Confidential computing is a technology that directly encrypts the memory of CPUs and GPUs, processing data in an "encrypted vault" that even system administrators or hackers cannot access. Developers can activate the confidential computing feature by simply adding a single parameter to the server configuration file without needing to write complex code. Akashi Network's system automatically connects to a secure environment based on user input settings, applying top-level encryption technology to the data transfer path. With this introduction, various institutions such as hospitals, financial companies, and AI startups are expected to safely utilize affordable decentralized cloud services.
