Benefit-Loaded Event | With over 500 sign-ups, how else can this Lobster Tug-of-War Extravaganza be spiced up?
A few days ago, we released the first teaser for the "Lobster Roll Challenge." To be honest, we anticipated that this event would garner attention, but everyone's enthusiasm exceeded our expectations. As of now, the number of registrations has surpassed 500.
This is a number that is both exciting and somewhat anxiety-inducing. The excitement stems from having so many people interested in our event. The anxiety, however, arises from the fact that the original indoor space can only accommodate just over a hundred people.
To live up to everyone's enthusiasm, we have made a decision: to expand.
In addition to the indoor core discussion area, we will set up a projection broadcast on the venue's large outdoor terrace, allowing more people to enjoy the evening breeze, have a drink, and participate in this collision of ideas about AI. At the same time, considering many friends who are not in Beijing, we will also initiate live online streaming on the day.
Regarding registration review, due to the large number of participants, we are working overtime to review everyone's registration information. The review results will be sent to everyone via email at the latest by this Friday, so please check your email.
If you are still undecided about whether to come, or are curious about what we have prepared, below are some special sessions we have designed for this "Challenge" event.
We don't want the usual Panel where guests sit upright on stage and the audience is half asleep in the audience. So this time, we will use a special way of sharing. We have already collected the guests' views in advance and will set three debate topics based on their views, allowing the guests to share their views in a pointed manner.
Of course, the stage does not only belong to the guests. The "Open Mic Demo" session will be open simultaneously, whether you are using AI for creative work, working on an interesting Agent project, or just want to share an unspeakable viewpoint on stage, feel free to pick up the microphone.
In addition to the clash of views, we have also set up some fun activities on-site.
We will showcase an article that has only AI flavor, without a human touch, as a satire and reflection on the current state of content production. We have also hidden an Easter egg in the article, and the first three friends to find the Easter egg will receive a Token reward.
For example, the "Human Proof Challenge." In today's world where AI is becoming more human-like, how do you prove that you are a real human? Our answer is: hacky sack. Participate in the on-site hacky sack challenge, and you can not only win Token rewards provided by partner MiniMax, but also receive a carefully crafted "Certificate of Human Proof" from us. But hurry, as the certificates are limited to 80 copies and are given out on a first-come, first-served basis.
We have also prepared a small gift for our on-site friends. At the on-site check-in counter, front-row attendees will receive a limited edition physical commemorative ticket, and the ticket stub can be exchanged for a drink directly at the bar. Additionally, since the event is expected to end quite late, we have partnered with Didi Chuxing to prepare a "Lobster Debate Exclusive ¥100 Voucher Pack" for attendees.
We have set up the stage, prepared the drinks, and have ready some sufficiently pointed questions.
If you are curious about the future of AI, if you are somewhat anxious about the current tech trend, or if you just want to chat and debate with an interesting group of people on a weekend evening, you are welcome to join us.
Scan the QR code on the poster, gather your friends, and see you this weekend.
