Bitcoin Asia Conference in Hong Kong Scheduled for 2027
The Bitcoin Asia Conference will take place in Hong Kong on August 27-28, 2027. This will be the fourth conference in the city, which has been held annually since 2024. The choice of Hong Kong is linked to its status as a financial center in Asia and the development of local crypto regulation, particularly the launch of spot Bitcoin ETFs in 2024 and the passing of stablecoin legislation. BTC Inc CEO Brandon Green noted that Hong Kong has become an important hub for Bitcoin in Asia, and the conference will continue to develop this ecosystem. The first conference was held in May 2024, gathering a large number of participants. In 2025, the event took place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, featuring Eric Trump as a speaker. In 2026, the conference was again held at this venue, with participation from Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao. Organizers have already opened early bird ticket sales for Bitcoin Asia 2027.
