BitMine Increases Holdings by 9,926 ETH, Total Holdings Reach 5.815 Million

BitMine increased its holdings by 9,926 Ethereum last week, bringing its total Ethereum holdings to 5,815,164 ETH as of August 16, 2026, which accounts for approximately 4.8% of the total Ethereum supply. The total value of the cryptocurrencies, cash, and other investment assets held by BitMine is approximately $11.4 billion, including $78 million in cash and securities, 210 Bitcoin, $180 million in equity assets from Beast Industries, and a $73 million investment in Eightco Holdings (ORBS). The amount of staked Ethereum remains at 5,067,309 ETH, representing 87% of total holdings, valued at approximately $9.6 billion, with an annualized staking yield of about $250 million. During the same period, the company repurchased 1.7 million shares of common stock, totaling 20.8 million shares repurchased since July 1.
