Centrifuge has launched a feature that integrates up to 43 on-chain operations into a single execution flow in collaboration with Compass Labs. This integration is an infrastructure update aimed at simplifying the DeFi execution process, allowing for efficient handling of asset deposits, borrowing, and re-depositing in a looping procedure. Compass Labs provides a transaction bundling feature that combines multiple DeFi actions into a single atomic transaction, enabling users to execute several operations sequentially with a single signature. The looping strategy involves depositing assets and borrowing against them to re-deposit, which can become complicated when done manually across multiple screens and transactions. Centrifuge unveiled deSPXA on March 30, which offers tokenized exposure to an S&P 500 index fund targeted at non-U.S. users. According to Centrifuge's Q1 retrospective, the quarterly cumulative trading volume of deSPXA reached $14 million, with a total value locked (TVL) reported at $1.7 billion. This integration is aimed at enabling the use of tokenized assets within DeFi strategies.
