BlockBeats News, September 2nd, Hong Kong-listed company Delin Holdings released a supplementary announcement, disclosing that it has subscribed to the equity of Asseto Holding Limited and that the group's management fund has subscribed to shares of Pangu Software Pte Ltd.

Delin Holdings stated that the post-transaction valuation of Asseto's equity subscription is $40 million, with the quantity of Class A common shares reaching 77,352 shares, and the subscription amount for Pangu Software Pte Ltd is $1 million. Both parties will jointly build a digital asset platform covering the tokenization of real-world assets RWA in both the virtual and physical world.
