Ethereum Pullback Drives Altcoins Down, Spot ETFs See Net Outflows, Crypto Stocks Experience Synchronized Decline
BlockBeats News, August 16th, according to market data, as the prices of Bitcoin and Ethereum fell, altcoins generally followed suit, including:
ETH 24-hour decline 4.27%, currently priced at $4,435
ARB 24-hour decline 8.15%, currently priced at $0.48
CRV 24-hour decline 5.57%, currently priced at $0.8713
EIGEN 24-hour decline 5.67%, currently priced at $1.348
As for spot ETF data, yesterday the U.S. Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs both saw net outflows, with Bitcoin ETF net outflows of $14.01 million and Ethereum ETF net outflows of $59.30 million. Excluding the net inflow data of the BlackRock ETF, other Bitcoin ETFs saw a total net outflow of $128.5 million and Ethereum ETFs saw a total net outflow of $397.4 million.
Regarding U.S. stock market-related coins, on Friday the U.S. stock market's three major indexes closed with mixed gains and losses, while cryptocurrency stocks generally fell, with the new stocks Bullish (BLSH) down 6.82%, Bitmine (BMNR) down 4.37%, and SharpLink Gaming (SBET) down 15.50%.
