Iranian Foreign Minister Amir-Abdollahian stated that the enemy requested negotiations shortly after the war began, but Iran refused to cease fire and insisted on fighting. Ultimately, the enemy accepted a ceasefire and negotiations on Iran's terms. He pointed out that history will record this process in detail. The enemy proposed multiple terms, and Iran made adjustments, eventually reaching a consensus to negotiate based on Iran's suggestions, which led to the acceptance of the ceasefire. Ambassadors from multiple countries stationed in Iran have indicated that nearly all the terms of the memorandum of understanding are favorable to Iran, with only a few benefiting the other side. Amir-Abdollahian mentioned that less than two weeks later, the other side began to violate the memorandum, as its content aligned with Iran's interests. He emphasized that the biggest opponent of implementing the memorandum is the Zionist regime and reiterated that foreign ministers from multiple countries have told him that Iran has achieved victories in both war and diplomacy.
