Netflix Series 'The Altruists' to Premiere on November 19

Netflix has announced that the series 'The Altruists' will premiere on November 19, inspired by the experiences of FTX founder SBF and former Alameda Research CEO Caroline Ellison, along with the first released stills from the show. The series consists of 8 episodes, featuring Anthony Boyle as SBF and Julia Garner as Caroline Ellison. The plot follows two young idealists attempting to reshape the global financial system, only to be accused of stealing $8 billion and ultimately falling from the pinnacle of financial power. The series is created by Graham Moore, inspired by articles from New York Magazine reporters Kevin T. Dugan and Jen Wieczner, with Barack Obama and Michelle Obama serving as executive producers.
