In the summer of 2026, the median salary in Ukrainian project management remained at $2,500, while in product management, it recorded a growth to $3,550 (+$50 over six months). About one-third of surveyed managers received a compensation increase in the last six months. In Product Management, the highest median is for Head of Product ($6,000). The median for Senior positions increased by $300 to $4,300, for Middle positions by $200 to $2,700, while for Junior positions it decreased by $100 to $1,300. In Project Management, Delivery Managers earn the most ($4,000). The median for Senior PM is $3,400 (+$75 over six months), Middle PM remains at $2,000, and Junior PM decreased by $296 to $904. Managers working remotely ($2,800) or in a hybrid format ($3,000) earn more than those working in the office ($2,225). High medians are recorded in outsourcing ($3,300) and product companies ($3,000). In Vinnytsia, the median salary is $3,200, while in Kyiv, Zhytomyr, and Cherkasy, it is $3,000 each. 52% of respondents live in Kyiv, and the median age of specialists is 33 years. The share of women in management has increased from 43% to 48%.
