Space Network Signs $50 Million Pre-Order with Philippine HQ Company

Decentralized satellite internet network Space Network has signed a $50 million pre-order with Philippine HQ Company International Holdings to deploy the Freeport low Earth orbit satellite communication network in the Philippines. Freeport is a decentralized satellite internet infrastructure developed by Space Network, which plans to expand its constellation to approximately 230 satellites by 2029. HQ Company will be responsible for local commercial operations, customer acquisition, and spectrum licensing in the Philippines.
