Tencent Tests Personal Investment Analysis Assistant Rena, Supports WeChat Connection
Tencent is conducting a small-scale internal test of its personal investment analysis assistant, Rena, which includes a PC version and a WeChat mini-program, supporting connection to WeChat. This product is aimed at individual investors, helping users obtain and understand market and company information, and is currently in a limited testing phase. The web version breaks down the investment research workflow into visual modules, with core features including market quick reads, individual stock tracking, and AI Q&A. The market quick read summarizes global market dynamics, with updates in the morning, noon, closing, and evening, linking market information to users' watchlists; users can customize their stock watchlist and display real-time quotes, while the intelligent Q&A panel supports follow-up questions about industry rankings, cash flow in financial reports, and more. Rena is also available on WeChat mini-program, with basic functionality aligned and chat records synchronized, allowing users to directly access investment research capabilities from their WeChat chat list. Meanwhile, Alibaba is also testing its AI investment research product Qovest, and Baidu's Kuku AI is focusing on investment research, indicating that major companies are collectively entering the AI investment research space for individual investors. Rena serves as an investment research auxiliary tool and does not provide investment advice, avoiding direct trading compliance issues.
