Ukrgasproduction Implements 'Turnkey' Well Construction Model

Ukrgasproduction has introduced a new 'turnkey' well construction model, integrating drilling management, production intensification, in-well operations, and capital construction. General Director Yuriy Tkachuk stated that in the new model, each service unit is responsible for the overall result, working according to a unified plan and performance indicators. Testing of the new approach has shown a reduction in construction time and the commissioning of wells, a decrease in non-productive downtime, and optimization of resource allocation. The key change lies in the accountability for the final result, which implies a unified plan and common KPIs. The next stage will involve digital management of the entire work cycle with a unified planning and monitoring system. The goal of the new model is to accelerate the commissioning of facilities and reduce resource costs.
