Uniswap's August Trading Volume Reaches 140 Million, Surpassing Cboe BZX and NYSE American Combined

In August this year, Uniswap completed approximately 140 million transactions, surpassing the combined total of Cboe BZX and NYSE American. NYSE American, a subsidiary of the New York Stock Exchange, has been operating since 1908, while Uniswap was launched in 2018; five years ago, Uniswap's monthly transaction volume was only about 2 million. Analyst Lorenzo Valente stated that in terms of transaction volume, the next target for Uniswap is NYSE Arca, which completed approximately 232 million transactions in August.
