Waller Completes Divestiture of All Financial Assets, Signs Ethical Compliance Certification

Federal Reserve Chair Waller has sold all financial assets he committed to divest, and last Thursday signed the ethical compliance certification from the ethics office, which was made public on Saturday. Waller had previously submitted a divestiture statement to the ethics office, showing that he had sold most of his assets. The latest disclosed documents confirm that he has sold the remaining holdings involved in the agreement. Waller is one of the wealthiest officials in Federal Reserve history and had pledged to divest from several investments, some of which are valued at least $100 million, with specific underlying assets not disclosed due to confidentiality agreements.
