XRP Ledger Reaches 8.57 Million Cumulative Addresses, RWA Valued at $5.4 Billion
As of the 14th, the cumulative addresses on the XRP Ledger (XRPL) have reached a record high of 8,571,187. This marks an increase of 649,837 from 7,921,350 on January 1st, representing a growth rate of 8.20%. Cumulative addresses are a measure that includes any address that has been active at least once, distinguishing them from active addresses. The tokenized assets on the XRP Ledger have surpassed $5.4 billion, and the number of holders of related stablecoins and RWA assets has exceeded 81,000. Ripple announced the acquisition of HiddenRoad in April 2025 and plans to transfer post-processing tasks to the XRP Ledger. Additionally, in January 2025, the tokenized U.S. Treasury product OUSG from Tempo Finance is set to be issued on the XRP Ledger. The market capitalization of XRP has increased by $24.4 billion over the past 30 days, reaching $87.24 billion on the 15th, with the price of XRP trading at $1.39, reflecting a 38.75% increase. While the increase in addresses and the rise in price occurred simultaneously, no causal relationship between the two phenomena has been confirmed. Changes in active addresses, transaction volume, stablecoin supply, and the number of RWA holders should also be monitored.
