On-chain investigator ZachXBT has released information alleging that Tiffany Milanovich is connected to a series of so-called scams involving cryptocurrency. The accusations indicate that the losses amount to at least US$ 5 million.
According to the investigation, Milanovich allegedly used a false identity to introduce herself as a member of the exchange's customer service team and digital wallet personnel.
This strategy would be aimed at gaining the victims' trust and enticing them to provide information or perform actions that would allow access to their funds.
The accusations also mention videos and posts on social media. ZachXBT stated that some of this content shows Milanovich mocking others after her funds were withdrawn.
One of the investigated incidents occurred in June 2026. It is alleged that a victim lost approximately US$ 1.2 million in Bitcoin and Ethereum at that time.
The scam may have started from a fraudulent message attributed to BitcoinIRA. The contact used the false name "Patricia Massie" to initiate contact.
After extracting assets from a Trezor wallet, the individuals involved allegedly discussed the incident in a Telegram group.
The investigation also mentioned two individuals identified by the nicknames "bled" and "harm." They are said to have participated in the structure used to carry out phishing attacks.
Another mentioned incident involves a Coinbase account. In October 2025, approximately US$ 500 million in Bitcoin was allegedly withdrawn in an operation attributed to the same gang.
ZachXBT stated that he found records related to the case, including a segment of a so-called discussion about splitting amounts and a post showcasing part of the acquired funds.
The investigation is also tracking a wallet that allegedly received US$ 100 million in Exodus. This address subsequently accumulated about 631 million DAI after transfers related to Monero.
The accusations also mention John Daghita (known as Lick), whom ZachXBT had previously linked to another case involving approximately US$ 46 million in cryptocurrency.
According to the investigation, Milanovich maintained contact with Daghita and recorded conversations between the two. This content was later leaked, prompting public responses.
It is alleged that Daghita posted information about Milanovich in a Telegram channel. The case also involves accusations that funds obtained from the theft were used for betting.
ZachXBT also stated that some videos may have been edited to create the impression that Milanovich controlled amounts higher than her actual transferred amounts.
Among the analyzed content is a recording involving Ledger Live wallet and a post claiming to hold 7,700 JITOSOL.
The investigation also mentioned an image related to a search and seizure warrant for Milanovich in Connecticut, as well as other recordings and records used to trace the flow of funds.
After completing the assessment of the case, ZachXBT stated:
"I hope Tiffany faces legal consequences as soon as possible. She has stolen money from people, directly mocked them, and shamelessly flaunted her gains online. Meanwhile, she has left behind a complete set of chat logs, recordings, and on-chain data records."
