Zhibao Technology Signs Cooperation Agreement with Bedrock to Explore Stock Tokenization and BTC Reserve Yield
Zhibao Technology has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Bedrock to establish a joint working group to explore the tokenization of Zhibao Technology's Class A common stock registered with the U.S. SEC, retaining full shareholder rights such as voting and dividends. At the same time, both parties will evaluate the possibility of reallocating a portion of the 2,380 BTC held by Zhibao into Bedrock's uniBTC liquidity re-staking infrastructure. This framework agreement is non-binding and requires due diligence and compliance with regulatory requirements from the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the U.S. SEC, with a formal cooperation agreement expected to be signed within the next 12 months.
