合约交易Circle宣布成立基金会，首阶段旨在增强美国小型企业的金融韧性
BlockBeats 消息，12 月 2 日，据官方消息，Circle 宣布成立基金会，这是一个致力于推动美国及全球金融韧性和包容性的新慈善倡议。Circle 基金会由 Circle 的「Pledge 1%」股权承诺启动——这一全球性计划汇聚了数千家公司，承诺将部分股权和资源用于慈善事业。Circle 基金会将支持那些强化人们日常依赖的金融体系的团体，包括在美国社区支持小型企业的组织，以及致力于现代化人道援助基础设施的国际组织。
在首个阶段，Circle 基金会将重点增强美国小型企业的金融韧性。小型企业雇佣了几乎一半的美国私营部门员工，并推动了超过 40% 的国内生产总值（GDP），但许多企业仍面临获得可负担融资、数字工具及发展所需资本准备的困难。
通过拨款方式，Circle 基金会将与以使命为驱动的贷款机构合作，这些机构被称为社区发展金融机构（CDFIs），它们弥补了传统金融留下的关键空白。基金会将优先支持结果导向、技术先进的 CDFIs，这些机构在其网络内共享最佳实践和数据驱动的洞见，从而扩大每一美元支持的覆盖面和效果。
