合约交易Galaxy Digital在Solana上实现股票代币化，迈出RWA关键一步
BlockBeats 消息，9 月 3 日，纳斯达克上市的加密公司 Galaxy Digital 启动了一项计划，将其「经 SEC 注册的股票直接代币化并部署在主流区块链上」。从即日起，股东可通过 Superstate 的 Opening Bell 平台 将 GLXY 股票代币化。
公告称，Galaxy 的代币化股票以及未来在 Opening Bell 上的挂牌，可能会通过自动化做市商（AMM）和其他 DeFi 平台提供更广泛的流动性与实用性。Galaxy 的代币化股票将仅对通过 KYC 审核的合格投资者开放，他们可以在自己的加密钱包中持有和转让这些代币。
Superstate 于今年 5 月推出 Opening Bell，旨在将 SEC 注册的股票上链，首选 Solana。尽管已有多个项目尝试将公开股票与区块链基础设施相结合，但 Opening Bell 称自己是首个提供 SEC 注册的公开股票直接发行和链上交易 的平台，而非合成或包装版本。
