合约交易荷兰Treasury BV宣布完成1.26亿欧元私募融资以买入超1000枚BTC，Winklevoss Capital等领投
BlockBeats 消息，9 月 3 日，据 Coindesk 报道，荷兰 Treasury BV 公司宣布通过私募融资筹集 1.26 亿欧元（合 1.47 亿美元），本轮融资由 Winklevoss Capital（Gemini 创始人兄弟）和 Nakamoto Holdings 领投。该公司借此收购了超过 1000 枚比特币，旨在成为欧洲最大的上市比特币资金管理公司。
为达成上市目标，由首席执行官 Khing Oei 执掌的该公司已与荷兰中小型企业投资公司 MKB Nedsense NV（MKBN）签订具有约束力的协议，将通过反向收购在阿姆斯特丹泛欧交易所上市。
这家荷兰公司同时宣布收购欧洲旗舰级比特币盛会 Bitcoin Amsterdam，以扩大比特币普及应用。
