合约交易Strategy及加密财库公司正面临被股票指数更广泛剔除的风险
BlockBeats 消息，12 月 20 日，据路透社报道，Strategy（MSTR.O）可能很快会被 MSCI 以及其他主要股票指数剔除。分析师表示，这一举措可能令这家大量囤积比特币的公司最多损失约 90 亿美元的股票需求，并削弱整个板块的吸引力。
在回应客户咨询后，MSCI 于 10 月提出建议，计划将数字资产持仓占总资产 50% 或以上的公司，从其全球基准指数中剔除。MSCI 认为，这类公司更像是投资基金，而基金并不被纳入其指数体系。但许多相关企业反驳称，它们是从事实际运营、开发创新产品的公司，认为 MSCI 的提案对加密行业存在不公平歧视。
此外，数十家公司受到启发，将加密代币纳入自身资产负债表，希望其未来升值，但关于这些商业模式可持续性的质疑也在不断增加。MSCI 正在进行公众咨询，并将于 1 月 15 日公布最终决定。分析师指出，如果 MSCI 将数字资产财库（DAT）公司排除在指数之外，其他指数提供商可能会跟进。
