合约交易特朗普家族强关联的比特币矿企American Bitcoin即将登陆纳斯达克，股票代码ABTC
BlockBeats 消息，9 月 3 日，据 WSJ 报道，由特朗普总统的两位长子支持的比特币挖矿与储备公司 American Bitcoin，将在本周三上市，American Bitcoin 将在完成与 Gryphon Digital Mining 的合并后，于纳斯达克证券交易所正式挂牌。
特朗普长子 Donald Trump Jr 与次子 Eric Trump 以及矿企 Hut 8 将共同拥有合并后新实体 98% 的股份，新实体将保留 American Bitcoin 的名称，并以股票代码 ABTC 交易。
American Bitcoin 近期也正在亚洲物色收购目标以构建比特币资产储备，并已着手就潜在收购事宜接洽投资者，目前正计划在日本收购一家上市公司，并可能同步布局香港市场。知情人士表示，该公司意图效仿 MicroStrategy 模式，通过收购上市公司搭建加密货币储备平台。
