合约交易英国新立法：加密货币被纳入「个人财产」保护体系
BlockBeats 消息，12 月 3 日，据 Cointelegraph 报道，英国已正式通过一项法案，将包括加密货币和稳定币在内的数字资产视为「财产」，倡导者称此举将为加密用户提供更强的法律保护。
英国上议院议长 John McFall 周二表示，《数字资产等财产法案》（Property (Digital Assets etc) Bill）已获得皇家御准，也就是国王查尔斯三世的正式批准，并已正式成为法律。
比特币政策倡议组织 Bitcoin Policy UK 的政策主管 Freddie New 在 X 上表示，该法案「成为法律，是比特币在英国发展的巨大进步，对于所有在英国持有和使用比特币的人来说都是重大利好」。
在英国，由法官判例发展形成的普通法体系此前已将数字资产视为财产，但该法案旨在将此原则正式写入法规，并落实英格兰及威尔士法律委员会（Law Commission）在 2024 年提出的建议——即将加密资产明确为一种新的个人财产权类别，以提高法律清晰度。
