ANSES Discounts for Retirees at Supermarkets: How to Access and Which Stores Participate
Retirees and pensioners from ANSES can access the Human Capital Benefits program, an initiative that offers discounts at supermarkets, pharmacies, and other participating stores across the country. The goal is to strengthen the purchasing power of those receiving pension benefits through promotions that are applied automatically.
In addition to the benefits of the program, some banking institutions have their own promotions that allow for additional refunds and increased savings on purchases made with debit cards.
Those who receive their payments through ANSES do not need to complete a specific procedure to access the discounts: it is enough to use the debit card associated with the account where they receive the benefit.
The Human Capital Benefits program is a program that brings together exclusive promotions for retirees and pensioners at more than 7,000 participating stores and over 12,000 points of sale distributed throughout the country.
The operation is simple: when paying with the debit card linked to the account where the benefits are credited, the discount is applied automatically, without the need to present coupons, codes, or register in advance.
Among the main chains participating in the program are Disco, Jumbo, and Vea, which offer a 20% discount on personal care and cleaning products. Meanwhile, Josimar and Toledo provide a 15% savings on all categories.
Also part of the initiative are Carrefour, Día, and ChangoMás, which have promotions subject to refund caps and specific conditions. In addition to these options, thousands of stores from various sectors offer exclusive benefits for ANSES benefit holders.
To access the benefits, retirees and pensioners only need to pay for their purchases with the debit card where they receive their monthly benefits. The system automatically identifies the beneficiary and applies the corresponding discount according to the store and the current promotion.
There is no need to carry out additional procedures or register on a specific platform. However, each promotion may have particular conditions, such as validity days or refund limits, so it is advisable to check the details before making a purchase.
In addition to Human Capital Benefits, some financial institutions add their own promotions for their retired clients. Banco Nación, for example, offers an additional 5% refund using BNA+ MODO at selected supermarkets, with weekly and monthly limits.
On its part, Banco Galicia has discounts of up to 25% and interest-free installments on certain promotions; Banco Supervielle offers special benefits on Tuesdays at supermarkets, while Banco Provincia allows for discounts through Cuenta DNI at participating stores, always respecting the established limits for each promotion.
Retirees and pensioners who wish to take advantage of the benefits from another entity can also request a change of the bank where they receive their payments. The procedure can be done through Mi ANSES, using the Social Security Key, to choose the option that best suits their needs.
Before making a purchase, it is advisable to check the current promotions and the conditions of each store or bank. This way, beneficiaries can combine available discounts and refunds to maximize savings on their daily expenses.
