Berkshire Hathaway Q2 Net Profit Reaches $25.667 Billion, Cash Reserves Drop to $36.47 Billion
Berkshire Hathaway reported Q2 2026 revenue of $12.983 billion, an increase from $92.515 billion in the same period last year; net profit attributable to shareholders was $25.667 billion, significantly up from $12.370 billion a year earlier. Cash reserves decreased to $36.47 billion, down from $39.70 billion in the first quarter. As of June 30, the fair value of fixed-income securities held reached $17.034 billion, with fair values of investments in U.S. Treasuries, foreign bonds, and corporate bonds at $3.002 billion, $12.668 billion, and $1.364 billion, respectively. The total fair value of the company's equity investments is concentrated in American Express, Apple, Bank of America, Alphabet, and Coca-Cola, accounting for 66%.
