Dunamu CEO Seeks Growth Opportunities Outside Korea
Dunamu CEO Oh Kyoung-suk stated at the Korea Blockchain Week that the company is seeking growth opportunities outside of Korea, aiming to connect the Korean digital asset ecosystem with global financial markets. Dunamu plans to collaborate with Naver Financial to provide shared infrastructure for banks, brokerages, payment, and fintech companies, including trading, custody, asset transfer, and anti-money laundering services. The stock swap transaction between the two parties is expected to be completed by the end of this year, but it is still awaiting review by the Korea Fair Trade Commission, which may cause delays.
