Orbs Strategically Invests in CRYMBO to Expand On-Chain Financial Services
Orbs, a provider of on-chain trading infrastructure, has announced a strategic investment in CRYMBO, a financial infrastructure platform aimed at licensed institutions that helps banks, payment service providers, and brokers launch digital asset services. CRYMBO connects over 75 service providers, covering custody, liquidity, banking channels, payments, identity verification, and transaction monitoring, allowing institutions to coordinate these services in a customized process. The platform does not hold customer funds or private keys, enabling institutions to operate under their own brand and license. CRYMBO has served licensed institutions and has processed a cumulative transaction volume exceeding $2 billion, with its infrastructure certified by ISO 27001 and compliant with EU MiCA and Financial Action Task Force Travel Rule requirements. Orbs CEO Ran Hammer stated that the adoption of on-chain finance by institutions relies on infrastructure that adapts to regulated financial services. Orbs offers dSPOT spot trading, dPERPS perpetual contracts, and on-chain execution services, with a cumulative transaction volume exceeding $14 billion. CRYMBO founder and CEO Eyal Daskal mentioned that the collaboration will help expand their business and reach more customers.
