Strategy Company Approves Daily Dividend Payments for Preferred Shares
Shareholders of Strategy Company, the largest corporate Bitcoin holder in the world, voted with over 99.3% in favor of changing the payment schedule for preferred dividends. According to this resolution, dividends for these securities will be paid to shareholders every business day instead of bi-weekly or quarterly payments. This change applies to four preferred shares of Strategy with the symbols STRF, STRC, STRK, and STRD. The annual interest rate for these securities will remain unchanged, but their dividends will be calculated daily, even on holidays and weekends. Strategy expects to start daily dividend payments for STRC shares from November 2, and the other three shares will enter this program starting January 4, 2027. The annual interest rate for Strategy's preferred shares ranges from 8% to 12%. The interest rate for STRC is variable and currently reaches 12%. Additionally, Strive Company had previously started daily cash dividend payments for its preferred shares SATA in June and has offered another share with the symbol SATS and a fixed annual interest rate of 15%, which is set to begin daily dividend payments from November 9.
