Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin stated that Ethereum transaction fees will decrease further as privacy features enhance. Speaking at the OKX NOW event in Singapore, Buterin noted that the integration of artificial intelligence and on-chain technology is accelerating, potentially diminishing the reliance on traditional on-chain applications. He mentioned that in the future, bots and AI agents could manage a significant portion of on-chain tasks for users. In this scenario, AI would evaluate blockchain-based proposals and transaction terms, selecting trades that align with user preferences, which may lessen the necessity for users to interact directly with conventional app interfaces.
