合约交易Paxos以超1亿美元价格收购加密钱包初创公司Fordefi
BlockBeats 消息，11 月 25 日，据 Fortune 报道，稳定币发行商 Paxos 宣布收购纽约加密钱包初创公司 Fordefi，交易金额超过 1 亿美元。Fordefi 专注于为去中心化金融 (DeFi) 设计的加密钱包解决方案，目前拥有约 40 名员工，服务约 300 家客户。
此次收购是为了满足客户日益增长的 DeFi 访问需求。Fordefi 将暂时保持独立运营，但 Paxos 计划最终将其技术整合到自身基础设施中。这
是 Paxos 过去一年内的第二次收购，此前该公司已收购芬兰稳定币发行商 Membrane Finance，以符合欧盟加密货币监管要求。
